Job Title: Internal Coordinator

Job Description: 1. Prepare P.O. to suppliers, invoice and D.O. to customers. 2. Prepare and monitor open order summary – jobs to be invoiced and delivered. 3. Dealing with suppliers and transporters on incoming goods and goods delivering. 4. Keeping of quotation recording and filing maintenance. 5. Prepare and type quotation (Ad-Hoc) 6. To assist in any ad hoc assignment

Qualification: 1. Preferably at least 2 years working experience. 2. Preferably experience in sales system software – SQL accounting and e-invoicing. 3. Computer literate and familiar with Words, Excel and Power Point.
Working Area: Subang Jaya
Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day
Salary: Negotiatable
