| Job Description: | Maintain and provide service to existing customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and support. Act as a communication bridge between customers and the design department to ensure accurate understanding of requirements and project details. Coordinate and follow up on customer requests, inquiries, and feedback promptly and professionally. Record and manage new customer orders accurately, ensuring all necessary details are properly documented. Support the sales team in building long-term relationships with clients and identifying potential upselling opportunities. Assist in resolving any customer issues in a timely and effective manner. Prepare and update internal reports related to customer interactions and order progress. |
