Job Title: Visual Merchandising Executive
| Job Description: | Plan, purchase, and manage the replenishment of VMD kits and POSM required for store displays. Track and monitor POSM inventory, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Coordinate closely with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of VMD and POSM materials to retail outlets. Regularly monitor delivery progress and update stakeholders on schedules, highlighting any delays or changes. Prepare and issue manual delivery notes when needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with documentation standards. Maintain accurate records of AdLCP submissions and ensure timely processing. Investigate and resolve any issues or delays related to the AdLCP process. Handle PR settlements, including form completion and document submission. Liaise with maintenance teams to follow up on POSM repairs or replacements. Track maintenance request statuses and keep stakeholders informed. |

| Qualification: | Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Economics, Management, Commerce, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Knowledge of retail visual merchandising is an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. |
