| Job Description: | Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies and other requirements. Travel to job sites promptly to identify and assess for potential locations for new business development. Negotiate with the tenant/ property owner for rental within company pricing guidelines. Prepare tenancy agreement. Apply or renew business license. Preparing necessary documentations. Handle ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by the superior or manager. |
