| Job Description: | - Make calls and engage with customers from internal leads. - Follow-up communication to convince customers to close sales. - Provide 1 stop service guidance to customers on property, car and art auctions participation. - Comply with turnaround time set as per workflow. - Ensure compliance with company’s Standard Operating Procedure and customer service protocols.
