Job Title: Digital Markerter
| Job Description: | Responsibilities: • Develop and manage e-commerce platforms in Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore • Build strong relationships with platform vendors to resolve technical issues and optimize performance • Compile, design and manage product information on e-commerce platforms, working closely with internal product teams and marketing teams • Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for the products on e-commerce platforms • Work closely with marketing and design teams to develop attractive banners and marketing communications for e-commerce platforms • Monitor, analyse and prepare reports for e-commerce platform performance • Monitor inventory level and propose for reproduction or replenishment if required • Constantly stay in touch with latest digital marketing trends and propose new product development • Manage all customers’ enquiries, feedback, correspondence and complaints • Any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by your superior from time to time |

| Qualification: | Requirements: • Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Advertising & Media qualification or equivalent • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce industry or digital marketing roles • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. • Applicant must be fluent in Bahasa Melayu, English & Mandarin to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers from various background and industries. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing tools an added advantage • Comfortable with basic data analysis and tracking sales performance • Good communication skills for customer service |
