Job Title: IMPORT & EXPORT EXECUTIVE
| Job Description: | 1. Import Operations - Manage full set of import documentation for pulp, recycled paper, production chemicals, and spare parts. - Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and Malaysian Customs (Kastam) to ensure smooth clearance. - Ensure compliance with Malaysian customs regulations, MITI requirements, and other relevant authorities (e.g. SIRIM, MIDA). 2. Export Operations - Handle export documentation for finished paper products to international markets. - Coordinate with customers, shipping agents, and port authorities to ensure timely shipment and delivery. - Prepare invoices, packing lists, permits, COO (Certificate of Origin), and other export-related documents. 3. Logistics & Coordination - Plan and monitor import/export shipment schedules to support production and customer delivery timelines. - Track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and handle any customs or port-related issues. - Work closely with warehouse, production, sales, and procurement teams for accurate shipping arrangements. 4. Compliance & Reporting - Maintain proper records of all import/export transactions for audit and reporting purposes. - Prepare monthly reports on logistics performance and cost analysis for management. 5. Cost & Process Improvement - Negotiate competitive rates with freight forwarders and shipping providers. - Propose improvements to optimize customs clearance and logistics efficiency. |

| Qualification: | 1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field. 2. PREFER FRESH GRADUATE, we will provide mentor-mentee programs. Familiar with Malaysian Customs procedures, import/export permits, and trade documentation. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office. 4. Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese is an added advantage). 5. Detail-oriented and capable of meeting tight deadlines. |
