| Job Description: | 1. Business Development - Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors. 2. Sales Execution - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management. - Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in line with company policies. 3. Reporting & Analysis - Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reports using CRM or other tools. - Provide regular updates on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor information to management. - Assist in forecasting and sales strategy planning. 4. Teamwork & Collaboration - Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches. |
