Job Title: Human Resource Executive (Generalist)
| Job Description: | Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources and administrative functions, including payroll, recruitment, and daily office operations. Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate coordination, onboarding, and orientation. Prepare and manage HR-related correspondences and documentation in line with company policies and employment regulations (e.g., employment contracts, stamping etc). Review, verify, and process all payroll-related matters to ensure accuracy and timely submission in compliance with statutory requirements. Monitor and manage attendance records, leave applications, medical claims, and monthly expense claims. Tabulate monthly reports such as incentives, commissions, overtime, and other HR-related summaries. Handle matters related to foreign workers and expatriates related matters. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), ISO audit requirements, and workplace/hostel regulations. Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR filing systems accurately and confidentially. Manage group insurance claims and processing. Assist in coordinating company events/activities and other employee engagement initiatives. |

| Qualification: | Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of HR experience required; fresh graduates may apply for entry-level roles. Experience in manufacturing or retail industries is an added advantage. Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong communication skills. Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level or higher). Familiarity with payroll software (Timesoft is an added advantage). Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Proactive, resourceful, and responsible with strong attention to detail. Comfortable handling numerical data and HR-related calculations. Possess a pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills. |
