Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
| Job Description: | • Coordinate transportation based on tour itineraries. • Liaise with drivers, tour guides, hotels, and other service providers to ensure timely and accurate execution of travel plans. • Prepare daily schedules, dispatch instructions, and travel documents for each trip or tour. • Monitor ongoing tours or trips and handle real-time changes or issues (delays, route changes, cancellations). • Maintain and update transportation records, client itineraries, and service agreements. • Optimize transport logistics to minimize delays and reduce costs while maintaining quality of service. • Ensure vehicles are scheduled for regular maintenance and drivers adhere to safety standards. • Support the sales or operations team by providing logistics insights during trip planning. |

| Qualification: | • Posses a Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. • Experience working with travel agencies or tour companies is a plus. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to handle last-minute changes and solve problems quickly and calmly. |
