Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Description: Job Overview: As a Customer Service Executive, you will serve as a liaison between our company and customers, resolving issues and providing accurate product/service information. This is an exciting opportunity for Mandarin or Cantonese speakers to build a rewarding career in customer service. What you will do: 1. Handle inbound calls related to customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and product/service issues. 2. Provide accurate information to exceed customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with your team to meet KPIs and SLA targets. 4. Resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently, while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualification: What makes you a great fit: 1. Fluency in Mandarin and English Speaking is a must. 2. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changes and work effectively in a team. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Fresh Graduates in business administration or any other field (Full training will be provided). 5. Must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
Working Area: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
