Job Title: Associate - Policy Owner Services (支持中国大陆、香港及澳门地区)
| Job Description: | Process new business, renewals, and change request from group policy holder as per stipulated benchmark and requirements. Job Responsibilities: Process all incoming new business endorsement, renewals and change requests within the service standard and ensure all processes are done prudently and in accordance to all regulatory and corporate requirements. Performing day to day transactions and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness on daily basis. Ensure meeting personal quality, productivity, turnaround time, and attendance benchmark. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirement. Ensure team operating efficiency. Correspond and reply via email to business partners or intermediaries on clarification and enquiries on the cases received (if any*). |

| Qualification: | A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, International Business or similar fields. Attention to details and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Ability to read and type in English and Mandarin Chinese to support cases from China, Hong Kong and Macau regions. Positive attitude and willingness to share and learn. Ability to work under pressure with minimal guidance and is a team player. Able to adapt desk-bound working environment, working shift including weekend on rotation basis & able to work overtime beyond normal office hour (including weekend & public holiday). The role is required to follow Hong Kong working calendar. |
