Job Title: Accounts Assistant
| Job Description: | Bookkeeping and data entry: Record daily transactions (invoices, receipts, payments) and keep ledgers up to date. Account reconciliation: Reconcile bank/credit card statements and resolve discrepancies. AP/AR support: Process supplier invoices, send customer invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts. Financial reporting: Assist with monthly/quarterly reports and prepare balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow support. Payroll support: Verify timesheets and assist with accurate wage calculations and payroll filings. Admin support: Maintain financial files and assist senior accountants/managers as needed. Audit and inquiries: Prepare documentation for audits and respond to finance-related queries. |

| Qualification: | Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Language: Mandarin speaking required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients. Experience: Prior accounting/finance experience preferred. Tools: Proficiency with UBS accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel). |
