Job Descriptions:

• To identify, manage and acquire new sales leads.
• Attend to homeowners/ customers / project inquires and close the sales.
• To fully involve in design development stage with design team.
• To provide full design consultation services to clients for residential project following the requirements of design and built service.
• Responsible for design, drafting and conceptual design including all design presentation, perspective drawings and construction drawings as per client requirement.
• To prepare BQ, quotation submission, sample board proposal to client.
• To plan, co-ordinate and control project from site inception to completion.
• Attend to project requirement on site visit, site measurements, site co-ordination and meeting   
• To ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and meeting quality standards.
• Provide customer service and support to clients throughout the design and project delivery process. 

Requirements: 

• Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design
• 2 years of working experience in sales and interior design & residential project
• Creative, innovative, independent, self- motivated, discipline and good sense of responsibility
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to brief and meet client for design briefing and attend the client’s requirement 
• Required skills: AutoCAD, 2D & shop drawing, interiCAD or 3D Max / 2020/ Coohom
• Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) is an added advantage
