•    Conceptualise, design, and execute high-quality artwork for marketing and corporate communications materials, focusing on print but also supporting digital needs (website graphics, etc.).
•    Prepare print-ready artwork, ensuring correct formats, sizes, colour codes, and specifications for various media (above and below the line).
•    Maintain and update graphics for corporate websites, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
•    Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, sales, etc.) and external partners to communicate design ideas, gather feedback, and implement revisions.
•    Proactively suggest creative solutions and improvements to enhance the visual impact of marketing materials.
•    Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, prioritising tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
•    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current design trends and software advancements, incorporating them into daily work.
•    Review final layouts of promotional materials, ensuring accuracy and visual appeal, and implement necessary changes.
•    Perform other related duties as assigned to support the sales & marketing advertising and promotions department

•    Degree in Graphic Design.
•    Minimum of 3-4 years of professional graphic design experience.
•    Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Canva proficiency is desirable. 
•    A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and a keen eye for detail (portfolio link required).
•    Interest in and knowledge of children's products and academic content, editorial print and catalogues is highly desirable.
•    Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
