What you'll be doing

• Designing and developing new lighting products and systems to meet the evolving needs of our customers
• Conducting research and testing to optimise product performance, efficiency and sustainability
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical, electronic and electrical components
• Preparing technical documentation and prototypes
• Ensuring designs comply with relevant safety, regulatory and industry standards
• Providing technical support and training to our sales and production teams
• Continuously exploring new technologies and innovative lighting solutions

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 1 years' experience in product design and development, preferably in the lighting industry
• Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering principles, including circuit design, power systems and control systems
• Proficient in using engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Photoshop
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical information effectively
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest lighting technologies and design trends
