What you'll be doing

1. Prospecting and identifying new potential customers across a range of industries
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service
3. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services
4. Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals effectively
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and lead generation strategies
6. Providing feedback and insights to the leadership team to inform product development and strategic decisions
7. Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record in a new business development or sales role, preferably within the lighting or construction industry
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different customer profiles
3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals
4. Highly motivated, target-driven and resilient in the face of challenges
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
6. Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
