Job Title: After-Sales Engineer

Based in Kajang, we focus on strong after-sales support, technical service, and customer satisfaction across various industries. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our After-Sales team and grow with us in a fast-developing industry.

Job Summary: 

As an After-Sales Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our after-sales efforts, playing a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination and support for our dynamic teams. 

Your responsibilities span including after-sales support, marketing coordination, customer relationship management, and various administrative functions. 

Job Responsibilities: 

After-Sales Support: 

• Collaborate with the after-sales teams who is Sustainability Officer, After-Sales Officer, to facilitate timely after-sales processes & tracking in our Telematics System.
• Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, presentations, and contracts. 
• Support spare-parts tracking, receiving goods, recording goods, and providing update to After-Sales Officer. 

Sales & Marketing Coordination:

• Support Sales & Marketing team to generate quotation, sales invoice, delivery order, delivery preparations.
• Communicate to customers via email to ensure quotation is reaching them 

Marketing Coordination: 

• Support the marketing team in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives 
• Assist in the creation and dissemination of marketing materials. 
• Coordinate events, exhibitions, and trade shows, including logistics, booth setup, and promotional activities. 

Customer Relationship Management: 

• Maintain and update customer databases, entering accuracy and completeness of customer information. 
• Communicate to customer in relation to new product launching
• Respond to customer queries and requests, providing relevant information and support. 

Material Sourcing:

• Conduct material sourcing & research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. 

• Assist in analyzing market data to contribute to the development of effective sales and marketing strategies.

Job Skills and Qualifications: 

• Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in sales coordination or marketing support roles. 
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
