Key responsibilities - Design, develop and improve new products and processes to meet performance and quality standards
- Conduct research on emerging products and trends that are relevant to the industry
- Identify and solve technical issues faced
- Prepare technical documentation, including test reports, product specifications, instruction manuals
- Present product performance evaluations and development updates to management
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to define requirements and ensure successful implementation

| Qualification: |
Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- or Min 3 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other 3D CAD design software
- Strong understanding of product development processes, from concept to mass production
- Demonstrate strong initiative in performing tasks
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Willing to work in a hands-on environment
