宗旨 Objective

“跨地域·跨学科”研究生学术研讨会旨在为国内外在读研究生提供交流互动平台，并为即将毕业的学生奠定坚实学术基础。每位报告人将获得领域专家的一对一点评，以促进研究深化。会后将举办专题工作坊，聚焦研究方法与发表策略，由资深学者带领，以实操方式助力研究成果的提升与沉淀。This Conference provides a platform for postgraduate students in Malaysia and abroad to exchange ideas and engage academically, while supporting soon-to-graduate students in building a solid research foundation. The conference features parallel sessions and keynote speeches by distinguished scholars to broaden academic perspectives, followed by post-conference workshops on research methods and publication strategies, offering hands-on guidance to enhance research.

摘要 Abstract Submission
a)每位发表者须提交报告摘要（中文 500-800 字；英文 300-500 字），摘要可使用英文或中文撰写，语言表达应准确、简洁、符合学术写作规范。摘要语言选择同时决定会议时的汇报语言。摘要内容须为原创，且未在任何其他会议上发表过。所提交的摘要都将经过相关专业领域的专家评审。

b) 摘要提交截止日期为2026 年 5 月 29 日。经审核后，主办单位将于2026年6月中旬发出正式的录取通知。逾期将不予考虑。

c) 基于学术伦理考量，会议委员会保留处理评审过程中可能出现的任何伦理问题的权利。这些情况包括（但不限于）原创性、剽窃、版权、许可等。发表者有责任确保其作品的原创性，严禁任何形式的抄袭行为，抄袭文字将被退稿。评审过程中会使用剽窃检测软件，参加者必须同意会议版权和许可政策的条款。

发表条规
参加者可以英语或汉语发表，时间不超过 15 分钟（本次会议建议报告时间为 10-15 分钟）。参加者可以通过线上或实体发表，须自备幻灯片。受限于每场次的时限规定，因此超时者将会被要求停止发表。每场次发表结束后，专家将针对每一位发表者提出专业的点评意见。

a) Each presenter is required to submit an abstract (Chinese: 500–800 words; English: 300–500 words). The abstract may be written in either English or Chinese, and must be accurate, concise, and adhere to academic writing standards. The language used in the abstract will determine the presentation language during the conference. All submissions must be original and must not have been presented at any other conferences. All abstracts will be subject to review by experts in the relevant field.

b) The deadline for abstract submission is 29 May 2026. Accepted applicants will receive official acceptance notifications in mid-June 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.

c) For academic integrity reasons, the conference committee reserves the right to address any ethical issues that may arise during the review process, including (but not limited to) originality, plagiarism, copyright, and licensing. Presenters are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work, and any form of plagiarism is strictly prohibited; submissions containing plagiarism will be rejected. Plagiarism detection software will be used during the review process. Participants are required to agree to the conference’s copyright and licensing terms.
