2019 Room Allocation and Check-in Procedures

To:All Hostelites

For those students who had renewed the hostel stay for January 2019 semester, kindly refer to the attachment.

Please come to the Hostel Warden Office at the following time in order to make arrange on checking into your newly allocated room:

Date: 3 till 15 December 2018(Monday-Saturday)
Time: Monday to Friday- 8.30am – 5.00pm(Lunch Break 12.00pm – 1.00pm)
          Saturday- 8.30am – 12.30pm
