Hostel check-out

To：All Hostelites

Kindly be informed that all hostelites are required to check-out from the hostel within the stipulated time. Failure to do so, the hostel fee will be charged by every half-month and a processing fee of RM53.00 as well. All payments will be automatically deducted from the hostel deposit.

For those hostelites who failed to check-out from the hostel three days after the stipulated time, the Hostel Warden Office has the right to remove all personal belongings in the room without giving any further notification. The Hostel Warden Office is not responsible for any damage or loss of any personal belongings.
