Registration

Registration Procedures:

A. By Schools or Educational Institutions -

1. Proceed to the Registration Website (https://fict.newera.edu.my) and fill in the details of the participating unit and person in charge online. Download the Excel format Registration Form;
2. Fill out the participants' details in the Excel format Registration Form;
3. Pay the registration fee online by FPX through the New Era Online Shop (https://www.newera.edu.my/onlineshop/category/3);
4. Upload the completed Excel format Registration Form and enter the Order No., e.g. OSPAY_20250415151836872, on the registration website;
5. Submit the registration online.

B. Individuals -

1. Proceed to the Registration Website (https://fict.newera.edu.my), fill in the details of the participating unit (New Era University College) and the in-charge person's information (parent's information) online. Download the Excel format Registration Form;
2. Fill out the participants' details in the Excel format Registration Form
3. Pay the registration fee online by FPX through the New Era Online Shop (https://www.newera.edu.my/onlineshop/category/3);
4. Upload the completed Excel format Registration Form and enter the Order No., e.g. OSPAY_20250415151836872, on the registration website ;
5. Submit the registration online.

Important:

1. Please read and understand the Information of Competition carefully before proceeding with the registration.
2. For individual participants, please fill in the School Name column as "New Era University College" on the online registration page. The Contact Person columns should be filled with the personal details of the participant’s parent/ guardian.
3. When making payment via the New Era Cultural & Creative Store, please add the purchase quantity accurately according to the number of participants. An insufficient payment will result in an incomplete registration process, while any overpayment is not refundable.
4. When making payment via the New Era Cultural & Creative Store, please check “Ship” on the Checkout > Billing & Shipping Information > Delivery Method part.
5. Please take note that the data filled in the Full Name column in Checkout > Billing & Shipping Information > Billingpart of the New Era Cultural & Creative Store will be used for the issuing of the official receipt. The schools or educational institutions, as participating units, can enter their institution name in the Full Name column.
