In Part 6 of the online application form, please upload the following documents in JPG / PDF format:

1. A recent passport-sized photograph (no selfie).
2. A copy of NRIC (both sides on a single page).
   
3. Transcripts and certificates (scanned documents must be in high resolution).
   1. For MA applicants:
   • Certified photocopy of the first-degree certificate of studies previously undertaken.
   • Certified photocopy of examination transcript with minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent (if available).
     
   2. For PhD applicants:
      • Certified photocopy of first and second-degree certificates of studies previously undertaken.
4. Proof of Payment (refer to Step 4 below).

For applicants applying for a Tuition Waiver (Part 4), please note the following:

1. Upload the following requested documents in Part 6:
   1. Letter of Recommendation (e.g. teacher, senior colleague, employer, supervisor etc.)
   2. Personal Statement (self-introduction and the purpose of further study and application for Financial Assistance)
      

Please pay a non-refundable processing fee of RM200 via one of the methods below:

4. Cash payment is NOT accepted.

• For payment other than by FPX, the payment slip with the reference code (see above) must be uploaded to the Home Page of the online application form as proof of payment, as well as emailed to the Coordinator, Graduate School.

1. Once the online application form has been completed and all supporting documents have been uploaded, kindly click the preview button to check that all information has been entered correctly.
2. If all information entered are correct, please click the “Save & Preview” button followed by the “Submit & Proceed to Payment” button.
3. You can no longer edit your online application form after clicking the “Submit and Proceed to Payment” button.
4. Your application will remain INCOMPLETE AND UNPROCESSED until all required documents have been received.
5. Your application will also remain INCOMPLETE AND UNPROCESSED if payments of application fees (RM200) has not been received.
