Involvement with MQA:
As Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance at UNIMY, she led the preparation and submission of programme accreditation documents to the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
Her leadership resulted in 15 new programmes obtaining Provisional Accreditation and two programmes achieving Full Accreditation.
As a consultant, she also secured five additional Provisional Accreditations for external institutions.
