Job Opportunity

We invite suitably qualified applicants to fill the following vacancies:


1.    Lecturer, Department of Computer Sciences and IT

  • Possess at least a Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Networking or related discipline.
  • Preferably with working/teaching experience in relevant fields. Doctorate holders are encouraged to apply.
  • Teaching subjects: Network Design and Support, Introduction to Programming, Web Programming, Security in Computing, Data Structures and Algorithms, etc.

2.    Multimedia & Visual Communication Lecturer, Department of Art and Design

  • Possess at least a Master's degree in New Media, Visual Communication, Photography, Graphic Design or any related fields. Preferably with working/teaching experience in relevant fields.
  • Teaching specialization: 3D modelling, 2D animation, 3D animation, 3D game design, user interface (UI), user experience (UX) or web design. Photography, video production, publication, visual communication or advertising.
  • Good command of spoken / written English is essential. 

3.    Business Studies Lecturer, Institute of International Education

  • Possess a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Business, Management or any related discipline.
  • Preferably with working/teaching experience in relevant fields.
  • Good command of spoken / written English is essential. Proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage.
  • Undertake postgraduate teaching and supervision.

4.    Full-time Lecturer, Institute of International Education

  • Possess a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Education, Counselling or any related discipline.
  • Preferably with working/teaching experience in relevant fields.
  • Good command of spoken / written English is essential. Proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage.
  • Undertake postgraduate teaching and supervision.

5.    Education Programme Specialist, Institute of International Education

  • Possess a recognized Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Provide information and advice to international students on all matters related to student pass and visa, support international students throughout their period of study, facilitate the arrival of new international students, coordinate with EMGS for approval and documentation of Student Pass and Visa applications, etc.;

6.    Software Developer, Computer Centre

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or any related discipline.
  • Gather and analyze requirements, design of technical specifications, developing solutions, problem-solving, testing, implementing, and supporting of campus systems.
  • Familiar with the LNMP (Linux, Nginx, MariaDB, PHP7) environment.
  • Familiar with modern Javascript, CSS3, HTML5.

7.    Executive, General Affairs Department

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.
  • To liaise with the relevant Government Authourities towards obtaining the necessary approvals/renewals for various permits.
  • Assist in building maintenance and renovations, make sure facilities are clean and in good operating condition.
  • Assists in the setting of tables, chairs, PA system and other equipment for events or activities. 

8.    Executive, Public Relations

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.
  • Organize and manage various Public Relations activities.
  • Write, edit and review all media content and press releases.
  • Maintain records of donor information, prepare and submit PR reports.

9.   Hostel Warden (Male), Student Affairs Department

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.
  • To ensure that hostel students comply with the Hostel rules and regulations, and to maintain the orderly management of the Hostel, allotment of rooms to the students, to maintain overall ambiance of the hostel premises and to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the  hostel.
  • Arrange for and participate in periodic visit to the hostel to ensure maintenance of proper discipline in the hostel, organising diverse activities and providing a balanced lifestyle support to hostel students.
