We invite suitably qualified applicants to fill the following vacancies:


1.    Lecturer, Department of Computer Sciences and IT

  • Possess at least a Master's degree in CoSoftware Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Networking or related discipline.
  • Preferably with working/teaching experience in relevant fields. Doctorate holders are encouraged to apply.
  • Teaching Specialization/ subjects: Networking, Operating Systems, Computer Architecture and Organization, Cybersecurity, Web Development, Mobile Application Development, Python Programming, Data Science / Data Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Virtual Reality.

2.    Multimedia & Visual Communication Lecturer, Department of Art and Design

  • Possess at least a Master's degree in New Media, Visual Communication, Photography, Graphic Design or any related fields. Preferably with working/teaching experience in relevant fields.
  • Teaching specialization: 3D modelling, 2D animation, 3D animation, 3D game design, user interface (UI), user experience (UX) or web design. Photography, video production, publication, visual communication or advertising.
  • Good command of spoken / written English is essential. 

3.    Full-time Lecturer, Institute of International Education

  • Possess a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Education, Counselling or any related discipline.
  • Preferably with working/teaching experience in relevant fields.
  • Good command of spoken / written English is essential. Proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage.
  • Undertake postgraduate teaching and supervision.

4.    Education Counsellor, Marketing and Sales Department

  • Possess a recognized Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Possess valid driving license with driving experience, willing to travel within the country frequently.
    Possesses excellent selling skills and closing techniques, articulate and be able to make sales presentations at schools, assists in recruitment of students, education fairs, etc.

5.    Education Programme Specialist, Institute of International Education

  • Possess a recognized Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Provide information and advice to international students on all matters related to student pass and visa, facilitate the arrival of new international students, coordinate with EMGS for approval and documentation of Student Pass and Visa applications, etc.;
  • Assists in organizing related activities, conferences, seminars and workshop for the Institute.

6.    Librarian

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Develop library collection, assist with information services desk, assist users in the use of library resources, etc.
  • Must be able to take turns to work night shift (12.00pm-9.00pm) and weekend shifts. 

7.    Software Developer, Computer Centre

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or any related discipline.
  • Gather and analyze requirements, design of technical specifications, developing solutions, problem-solving, testing, implementing, and supporting of campus systems.
  • Familiar with the LNMP (Linux, Nginx, MariaDB, PHP7) environment.
  • Familiar with modern Javascript, CSS3, HTML5.

8.    Executive, Public Relations

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Good command of Mandarin is essential.
  • Provide administrative support such as preparing outgoing mail including folding, stuffing and stamping mail, update donor information, respond to donors inquiries, assist in organizing and execution of fundraising event, etc.
