We invite suitably qualified applicants to fill the following vacancies:


1.    Head of Media Studies Department

  • Possess at least a Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Broadcasting, Public Relations, Film and Television or any related field.
  • Implement management policies and decisions and in charge of the general administration of the department to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the department.

2.    Part-time Lecturer, Media Studies Department

  • Possess at least a Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Broadcasting, Public Relations, Film and Television or any related field.
  • Preferably with working/teaching experience in relevant fields.

3.    Full-time/Part-time Lecturer, Education Department 

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Studies or related discipline. Preferably with working/teaching experience in relevant fields.
  • Teaching specialization: Introduction to Infant and Child Care, Early Childhood Curriculum Approaches,Children Creativity, etc.

4.    Executive, Student Enrolment Department

  • Possess a recognized Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Possess valid driving license with driving experience, willing to travel within the country frequently.
  • Possesses excellent selling skills and closing techniques, articulate and be able to make sales presentations at schools, assists in recruitment of students, education fairs, etc.

5.    Executive, Finance Department

  • Possess a recognized diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
  • Prepare cheque and banking documents for signature and timely submission, organized and timely filling, assist in semester student fee collection, etc.

6.    Executive, HR Department

  • Possess a recognized Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Conduct induction programme to new staff, handle staff overtime claims, leave and attendance records, prepare HR related letters such as appointment letter, confirmation letter, etc.

7.   Executive, Registrar's Office 

  • Possess a recognized Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Manage the registration of students,keeps all student records, manage matters related to the University College's Graduation/Convocation ceremony, etc.

8.   Executive, Chinese Language and Literature Department 

  • Possess a recognized Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Provide administrative support such as arrangement of teaching timetable, liaise with lecturers, student counselling, assist in recruitment of students, etc. 

9.    Administrator, Broadcasting Studio 

  • Possess a recognized Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of broadcasting studio, maintain the studio's equipment and assist students in planning and producing live and pre-recorded radio programmes, etc.

10.   Technician, Computer Centre 

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • In charge of the upkeep of the computer lab, in charge of computer maintenance including software & hardware debugging, provide technical assistance to end-uses, etc.
