We invite suitably qualified applicants to fill the following vacancies:

1. Lecturer, Department of Media Studies

Possess a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Broadcasting, Public Relations, Film and Television or any related field.
Preferably with working/teaching experience in relevant fields.

2. Lecturer, Department of Information Technology

Possess at least a Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline and a Bachelor's degree in Computing field.
Preferably with working/teaching experience in relevant fields. Doctorate holders are encouraged to apply.
Teaching Specialization/ Subjects: IoT Fundamentals, Robotics and Embedded System, Ethical Hacking, Digital Forensics, Industrial Cybersecurity, Information Management and Security, 3D Modelling and Animation, Virtual Reality Development, Augmented Reality and Mixed Reality, Generative Artificial Intelligence, Web and Mobile Application Development, System Analysis and Design, IoT Cloud Analytics, etc.

3. Lecturer, Education Department

Possess a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Education.
Preferably with working/teaching experience in relevant fields.
Good command of spoken / written English is essential. Proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage.
Undertake postgraduate teaching and supervision.

4. Education Programme Specialist, Institute of International Education

Possess a recognized Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Provide information and advice to international students on all matters related to student pass and visa, facilitate the arrival of new international students, coordinate with EMGS for approval and documentation of Student Pass and Visa applications, etc.;
Assists in organizing related activities, conferences, seminars and workshop for the Institute.

5. Software Developer, Computer Centre

Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or any related discipline.
Gather and analyze requirements, design of technical specifications, developing solutions, problem-solving, testing, implementing, and supporting of campus systems.
Familiar with the LNMP (Linux, Nginx, MariaDB, PHP7) environment.
Familiar with modern Javascript, CSS3, HTML5.

6. Executive, Marketing and Sales Department

Possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Possess valid driving license with driving experience, willing to travel within the country frequently.
Possesses excellent selling skills and closing techniques, articulate and be able to make sales presentations at schools, assists in recruitment of students, education fairs, etc.

7. Executive, Graduate School

Possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Provide administrative support to the Graduate School, including preparing the list of subject registrations for the new semester in coordination with the Programme Coordinator and submitting it to the Registrar’s Office; arranging Thesis Proposal Defences and Viva Voce, monitoring the supervision of postgraduate candidates, maintaining meeting logs and progress reports, administering postgraduate student surveys and thesis submission matters and coordinating research fund applications, approvals, and fund disbursements, etc.

8. Graphic Designer, Branding and Creative Department

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or any related discipline.
Conceptualise, curate and produce branding-related designs across all media platforms.
